Yellow jacket at Mitton Street

Never a good sign when you see someone in a hi-vis jacket strolling around taking an interest in their surroundings. In this came we get a young chap on the splitter at Mitton Street/Lion Hill/etc.

Don't know if this is going to be a case of yet more work, or a late inspection of the last lot.
