At home
Snow's stopped, but it's melting and the road out is already treacherous. So like everyone else around here it seems I'll stay put.
There comes a time in every man's life when he has to give in, wear a flat cap, shout at kids to 'Get off my lawn', and start writing letters to newspapers.

Snow here has been reduced to a very fine dust. It's still falling, but not very heavily. The grass and bare earth have acquired a thin coating of snow, maybe 5mm or so, but everywhere else is merely damp.
We had another snowfall later enough to finely cover the cleared driveway and fill in the gap I'd left at work this morning.
